I had a very disappointing experience with Airparks Luton. I parked my car at their self-parking facility while travelling, and upon my return, I found a large scratch on the side of my vehicle that was definitely not there before. I reported it immediately to a staff member on site, but they were dismissive and showed no interest in helping.
I later contacted customer service, who outright refused any responsibility and claimed that because it was self-parking, they are not liable — even though the damage clearly occurred within their supposedly secure facility. They also stated that CCTV footage can only be released to the police, leaving me no choice but to report the incident to the authorities myself.
The lack of accountability and customer care is incredibly frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Airparks Luton — especially the self-parking option — as any damage to your vehicle will likely be ignored.
