No clear indication to where there were spaces available. We spent 15mins driving round and then had to abandon our car.
Then the bus shelter had a notice to go to no 14, we did and no bus turned up for 10 mins. We then had to Walk to the terminal.
On our return, no bus waiting on our flight arrival, again waited ten minutes no bus then had to walk back to the car. Absolutely appalling service!
