Why has this email arrived BEFORE we've used your facility ?
Do you know what you are doing ?
We had to make phone calls to get the booking done as we received no confirmation of the booking from you.
Now i have had to recheck the dates as you seem to think i've already used the car park .
You do not seem to be doing a great job so far , although you seem to be able to spam me with 10% off emails often.
How about 10% back off this booking as a good will gesture .
