shame but we were kept waiting ages on arrival as the 1 staff member was in the other carpark checking other people in. he was then less than pleasant about my confusion about our return time and on our return the same guy wasn't too helpful when i couldn't find the return paperwork - reason i couldn't find it - he hadn't given me it.
poor and not good value for money at all.
