Your staff are great, I turned up at the wrong car park from what I booked and had not the local road knowledge or the time to find the carpark I had booked. Your blonde haired lady on duty was very helpful and said she could transfer the booking to this car park. What a joy this was to hear as I was slighlty panicked. Chap driving the mini bus was very amusing with us passengers. On my return the lady was on duty again and she had transferred my booking to allow me to leave the car park without any difficulty.
