I insured against cancellation - unfortunately we had to cancel 15 hours before our scheduled time of parking but were told we could not get our money back because it was within 24 hrs of our due time of arrival. We already had a family crisis on our hands due to my father--in- law admitted to hospital but Airparks refused to take that into account and kept our money even though we didnt use our parking space. Air parks should be ashamed of themselves. Our car hire company Hertz, gave us a full refund with no admin fee when we explained the situation to them. That's the way to treat genuine customers properly.
