I had paid for a quick service that never materialised.
I had problems getting into the carpark facility, where the system didn't recognise my number plate. This meant waiting for someone to open the barrier after going through all my paperwork yet again. The same happened on the departure of the Carpark.
This caused me to much of a delay and total inconvieience, where the service on description sounded so simple and fast.
Very disappointd in the end.
