We should have been suspicious, that our car keys was not available when we returned back from our holiday, and our car was positioned in such a way. Foolishly, we trusted the staff at Airparks to look after our car, and didn’t dream that they would damage it whilst in their possession and they must have gave a huge sigh of relief when we left their yard. So when we did notice the damage, that one of their staff knowingly had done to our car and contacted them, they said tough-you left without reporting it! Clearly someone there is not trustworthy of looking after your car and therefore none of the staff can be trusted either. We will not be using you again or APH who just passed the buck. And now WE have an expensive repair to pay for!
