ARRIVED - REGISTRATION RECOGNITION NOT WORKING.
DIRECTED TO CAR PARK WHICH WAS FULL, SPOKE TO RUDE EMPLOYEE WHO TRIED TO INSIST THERE WERE LOADS OF SPACES, ONLY TO THEN RELUCTANTLY ADMIT HE WAS WRONG AND EVENTUALLY OPENED ANOTHER ONE FOR ME.
WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A COACH, NO ONE ANSWERED THE HELP CALL!
ON RETURN, WAITED 20 MINUTES TO GET OUT AS MY TICKET DID NOT WORK (SEE TOP LINE FOR REASON). HAD TO GET 10 CARS TO REVERSE SO I COULD GET OUT. RUDE MAN IN OFFICE NOT BOTHERED, DID NOT GET OUT OF HIS CHAIR TO HELP, DID NOT SAY SORRY, JUST LAUGHED, AFTER I EVENTUALLY FOUND YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION REFERENCE NUMBER ON MY PHONE, WHICH HE INSISTED ON (WHY MY REGISTRATION NUMBER WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ENOUGH GOD ONLY KNOWS) HE LET ME OUT!
I KNOW NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS BUT IF I WAS IN CHARGE I WOULD FEEL VERY EMBARRASSED THAT I'M MANAGING A TERRIBLY RUN OPERATION. MY BUSINESS WOULD GO BUST IF IT WAS RUN LIKE THAT!
