Procedure on arrival was chaotic. I appreciate that things take a bit when many people arrive at the same time. But having no process to deal with it and instead let people figure out what they should do, or who even is in charge is not really excusable.
On return things went ok. Not spectacularly fast but well within what you can expect from a meet&greet service.
