I arrived at Airparks 3 at Manchester airport and my vehicle reg was not recognised. Pressed the help button and a young lady told me I was booked in to Airparks2! She very quickly recognised the panic in my voice and then changed the booking for me. Don't know the young lady's name but she deserves a pat on the back.
