All was fine on outward journey but the driver on our return was abrupt to an Asian couple. Telling them there wasn't room for them. There were seats and luggage space to spare. The driver then stopped and smoked a cigarette outside.
Having just returned from USA where all the coach drivers were smart, polite, helpful to all and I never saw one having a smoke.
Quite a contrast.
