I booked a meet and greet from Luton and the phone number on my confirmation was for Leeds airport .In attempting to sort this out at 6 in the morning was a nightmare,we almost missed our holiday flight.When the person I spoke to (after asking me whether I was at Leeds or Manchester) was told I was in fact at Luton she hung up on me.I tried ringing the car park number on my confirmation noone answered.Eventually someone from the Luton meet and greet rang me to find out where I was and we managed to sort it out.However on our return the foot well on the drivers side was absolutely filthy,the floor and the door frame were covered in mud and looking at the petrol gauge I believe that the car had been used.As a regular Airparks customer(at least 6 times per year for the last 6 years) this is not what I have come to expect.I paid extra money for a service I did not get.I have 2 future bookings with you nos 9M6TJ and CQJA1.Once I have completed these I will seriously look at Paige Parking
