Booked through Airparks for booking at Birmingham Airport 31st ofAugust until 7th of September .On arrival at airport at 4 in the morning we were told they had no informat ion of our booking .Eventually let us into car park and said we would have to sort things out on our return .On our return they still said they had no record of our booking and after waiting about half an hour they sent somebody down to check our paperwork and they said it was in order and let us out of carpark.So all in all would say this was not a very good service and gave us a poor ending to a very good holiday.
