Have used several times now, first time was fantastic but since has not measured up and this last time was the worst! From making my call as instructed after collecting my bags we had to wait 40mins for our car. I do not consider this a "meet n greet" service. We could have got the bus transfer n been on our way quicker! This then had a knock on effect for our homeward journey onto Dorset picking up rush hour traffic! Sorry but not good enough!!
