On departure service excellent & all went smoothly. On return we had to wait over 20 mins although we had tel from Baggage Hall. Then they did not have a ticket for us to leave the car park. We paid that ourselves !
Said they would send me the £1 !!
Not exactly what you would call 'Meet & Greet' service
