We have used airparks (now purple parking) each time our car has been damaged, 1st time Airparks picked up the bill for the repair .
Each subsequent time they have refused. Albeit only minor dents and scratches caused I would guess by fellow travellers opening car doors into the car next to theirs, suitcases being dragged between the cars.
If you arrive back in the dark have a good torch , the car park is so poorly lit than you just cannot see incidents of minor damage. Damage has to be reported at the time of pick up!
I think the lighting is so poor for a reason (i.e. so you cannot see any minor damage).
We will not be using again
