Outward bound was great, car keys collected with the minimum of delay, but the return collection was not so good. It was really cold and we had to wait for about 15 minutes in a very cold car park - not a good experience after a week in the sun. It would be better if they told you to wait in the airport terminal and phone us when the car is about to arrive.
