I'd pre-booked/pre-paid...only to find when I arrived at the car park (one I've used many times on a pre-book basis with no hitches) that the pre-paid arrangement wasn't recognized, so on return the machine wanted some £300 payment extra!! Although after midnight I was armed with my booking reference; and once the help button was pressed, what with this and the helpful voice at the other end all got sorted. But it shouldn't have happened, and thought this should be imparted to Holiday Extras so that it doesn't re-occur.
