Staff very helpful. Outward parking at Exeter Airport was no problem except there was no sign of a shuttle bus so we walked to departures. Inbound parking experience was awful: prepaid ticket did not work and demanded £113.00 so had to reverse around cars queuing behind. Tried again and kept putting ticket into machine until an operative spoke through speaker and finally lifted barrier. All this in the dark and it was chucking it down with rain. Not a pleasant return to the UK, poor performance.
