We bought premium, but only got a seat and extra luggage. We were told that you had started the premium service again, which is not the case. Because you dropped this service we started using THOMPSON years ago on long haul, these services are always full so customers are obviously willing to pay the costs. Pity you are not listening to what people are saying on the internet. This holiday was a quicky for us to escape the cold weather.
