You receive Whatsapp communication about 48 hours prior with details of your driver. My driver, Tamer, arrived promptly and assisted with the luggage. I felt like I travelled in style, in an exceptionally clean (perhaps new?) Tesla. Highly recommend this service for a stress-free trip to the airport.
