Was not given a clear pickup point at Gatwick and had never been there before. Called multiple times with no answer, ended up leaving a voicemail, finally got someone on the phone and she tried to say they couldn't find my reservation number. By this time our shuttle was long gone. She advised we could either be reimbursed for Uber or wait on another driver. We chose to wait (an additional 45 minutes after having already waited an hour), but the driver was very friendly at least. Not sure I would recommend in the future.
