“Airport Shuttles service was fantastic. Booking was easy, and the driver was on time for both journeys to and from Gatwick (including a 4.30am pickup), and was both engaging and professional. The prices were competitive. I would absolutely use them again, and would highly recommend them.”

“Everything went to plan. The instructions were clear and the video showing us where the booth is in the airport was extremely helpful and made sure there was no stress. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Our driver on the way back ended our holiday on a real high when she gave us bananas just plucked from the tree. Tasted amazing and nothing like they do when they get to the UK!”

“Taxi was 1/2 hour late. The excuse was “he thought it was 10am”, but we booked (and had confirmation) it was 9.30am. Head office took £15 off the bill and was efficient, although wanted to call the driver “to confirm what I’d said”, which was unpleasant. Car arrived and was a Tiguan even though we asked for an estate, to take 4 people, 6 cases and hand luggage! He squeezed most into the back, which took more time, and us in the back had to have all hand luggage on our laps. He looked put out when we refused to give the whole amount. So 2 stars for the head office, trying to sort it (took 2 calls and some stern words though for the discount!) - not a relaxed way to start an extended holiday/wedding!”

“Since using Airport shuttles, I would not use any other airport service. They are extremely friendly, reliable, professional and efficient. They are always on time, send me updates on arrival time and the cars are immaculate. I would give them 6 stars if I could! An excellent company and service.”
