“Incompetent and Dishonest. Failed to meet me twice. First time I had to wait as disabled passenger. Second time they had arrival time and flight wrong despite their confirmation email proving they had correct flight number, date, and time. A driver (not knowing good English apparently) confused AM & PM. They failed to check flight arrival and expected me to pay for their mistake. There ripped me off. A very bad and dishonest service. The flight details told them it was a PM and not an AM arrival, but they blamed me. Avoid this service.”

Absolutely incorrect and dishonest on your part! First and foremost, The confirmation email clearly states 08:05 pickup, and the flight number is clearly wrong on the confirmation email. This is information you have supplied when arranging your booking. We have provided you with a confirmation email and you've had ample time to review and check this confirmation! If you cannot understand the difference between am/pm and 24hour format of time then you cannot blame us for this. Our driver turned up at the disabled pickup area on time as per your instructions of booking, i.e 08:05 we have proof of this in the form of a parking ticket. The flight number provided by you was incorrect. This is the reason we couldnt check your flight. We realized after some amount of searching on the flight database that you must have confused am/pm. Our driver turned up again in the evening at 20:05. (we also have proof of this) Your refused to answer your phone or contact our driver after many attempts. We went out of our way to help you with our driver turning up at the airport twice and you feel like you've been hard done by and feel you require a refund? Please be reasonable!

“I booked a cab for 2.45am to take us to the airport. The cab did not show up. We waited 20 minutes and then made the decision to drive ourselves. During the journey the driver contacted us to apologise and give an excuse. We parked in the long stay car park and when we returned it cost £170 to retrieve our car. This meant we were £110 out of pocket. I emailed the company 4 days ago to ask if they would be willing to provide compensation. To date I have not heard anything. Had they contacted me I would not be leaving this negative review.”
