I booked a cab for 2.45am to take us to the airport. The cab did not show up. We waited 20 minutes and then made the decision to drive ourselves. During the journey the driver contacted us to apologise and give an excuse. We parked in the long stay car park and when we returned it cost £170 to retrieve our car. This meant we were £110 out of pocket. I emailed the company 4 days ago to ask if they would be willing to provide compensation. To date I have not heard anything. Had they contacted me I would not be leaving this negative review.
