“Always had good service apart from 13th June when due to be picked up at 23.40 and no taxi arrived .eventually managed to contact someone And was picked up at 2.40 in the morning after sending someone from Guildford”

“Very good from home to airport but collection at airport in the early morning was 2 hours delayed due apparently to the original driver being involved in an accident and the substitute getting stuck in the (by then) rush hour traffic”

“The driver rang to say he was going to be 5 mins late which I appreciated. He was very polite and chatty. Coming back i was told it was meet and greet but we had to find our way out to meet the driver which was a little disappointing but he did ring and tell us where he was. I would use airport shuttles again.”
