My experience was poor because an agent has sent me an email advising me that I will be removed from the platform because of a late lodgement.
I had started doing my tax return but was delayed in compiling it because of a death in the family.
Not impressed either the attached email sent to me.
As a new operator of this business your agent should not have sent this distressing letter.
