In Homer House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Belmont Pleasant Street Historic District.

I have emailed 3 times and used the bot 4 times and tried to call just the once. I can’t get anyone to contact me in regards to my issue. The information that’s on the site does not appear to help my situation.

Hi, Good day to you. Please find below is my review on the latest BAS lodgement for January to March 2024 Quarter: 1. Submitted my BAS for January to March 2024 Quarter to Airtax on 17 May 2024 with return email acknowledging that the lodgement will be attended within 3 business day. 2. However, my BAS for January to March 2024 Quarter was not lodged before the 28 May 2024 deadline set by ATO. 3. Tried to contact AIrtax via online live chat support to follow up on the status of lodgement but there is no response from Airtax despite the promise on the auto reply mentioned that "Thank you, a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours!" 4. Also tried to email Airtax multiple times but nothing came back from Airtax. 5. Then suddenly, I received an email from Airtax saying that my BAS for January to March 2024 Quarter has been lodged on 11 June 2024, which is 14 days after ATO's deadline on 28 May 2024 and 25 days after my submission to Airtax on 17 June 2024. 6. Despite the multiple attempts to contact Airtax to find out the status of the lodgeent of BAS for January to March 2024 Quarter to AIrtax that went to deaf ears, I do not receive any single word of explanation from Airtax, let alone an apology. 7. With 14 days overdue situation caused by poor and inefficient service by Airtax, there is a chance that I may be subjected to penalty action from ATO which i would assume that Airtax should take over this responsibility and clearify to ATO so that my credit history and record with ATO will nto be adversely affected. Kindly take serious and immediate action to rectify this problem. I will give Airtax another go in the BAS Submission for April to June 2024 Quarter. Should there be no improvement, I will have no chance but the switch to another Tax Agent in the subsequnet quarters. Thanks! Cheers, Weng PHUA

Very poor customer service. Nobody replies to email they lodge returns very late. Not recommended to anyone. Save yourself people from unlimited torture

My 3 BAS from July 2022 - September 2022, October 2022 - December 2022 and April 2023 - June 2023 have all been paid for and completed on Airtax but on my ATO login none of these have been submitted to the ATO. I need an explanation for this immediately please. This is the 2nd time i have had to chase airtax for this kind of issue and i am not happy to be paying for a service and expecting you to complete these tasks on my behalf and you have failed to do so again (also including the January 2023 to March 2023) which i had to chase up again. This is not good enough. I shouldn’t have to message you every time because you are not lodging my BAS when required to and when I have paid to. This is not the guarantee and service that you tell customers. I need to lodge my 22/23 individual tax return and I want a discount from AirTax. I shouldn’t have to pay full price when you are not providing me with the service that I am already paying for. This is ridiculous that it’s not being done, ridiculous that you’re not picking up that it hasn’t been done and ridiculous that I have to contact you each time to do YOUR JOB!!! Please get back to me regarding this discount, it’s the least I deserve for this poor customer service that you are providing.

Did not review March BAS until questions asked. Submitted BAS after deadline after constant queries. Very slow to respond to queries. Worst performance I have ever experienced. Not undertaking task paying for. This review is bizarre, delivery what are you talking about?

After lodging my information into air tax it took them 2 months to lodge this, there were no phone number to contact them about it, they messaged to ask me a question and then didn’t reply to the answer I gave them, If you want uncertainty then you should use them

I have had queries in the past and have used your chat line service, to date I cannot recall ever receiving a response. Each BAS that I submitted this financial year has never been without delays, there seems to be an inability to include the set PAYG amount in the submission. I now pay the ATO without receiving the Airtax notification given that I know my GST calculatio. It took until late May for Airtax to provide a receipt of lodging. Continued computer issues was the explanation.

3 weeks after filling the form and paying the service. Nothing was dine by airtax. Had to email them to lodge by BAS! Been with them since th last 7 years. Happen to me since the management change from pwc to vialto. Now looking to switch service. Not worth paying your service anymore. Shut down if you cant service your customer on time. (2-3 days)

Completed and paid for BAS to lodged and the lodgement was not done until 30 days later. Very poor service to have paid prior to the service being complete. The customer service is non existant as you cannot speak with anyone via phone. Repeated emails get no response.
