My 3 BAS from July 2022 - September 2022, October 2022 - December 2022 and April 2023 - June 2023 have all been paid for and completed on Airtax but on my ATO login none of these have been submitted to the ATO.
I need an explanation for this immediately please. This is the 2nd time i have had to chase airtax for this kind of issue and i am not happy to be paying for a service and expecting you to complete these tasks on my behalf and you have failed to do so again (also including the January 2023 to March 2023) which i had to chase up again.
This is not good enough. I shouldn’t have to message you every time because you are not lodging my BAS when required to and when I have paid to. This is not the guarantee and service that you tell customers.
I need to lodge my 22/23 individual tax return and I want a discount from AirTax. I shouldn’t have to pay full price when you are not providing me with the service that I am already paying for. This is ridiculous that it’s not being done, ridiculous that you’re not picking up that it hasn’t been done and ridiculous that I have to contact you each time to do YOUR JOB!!!
Please get back to me regarding this discount, it’s the least I deserve for this poor customer service that you are providing.
