I have had queries in the past and have used your chat line service, to date I cannot recall ever receiving a response.
Each BAS that I submitted this financial year has never been without delays, there seems to be an inability to include the set PAYG amount in the submission. I now pay the ATO without receiving the Airtax notification given that I know my GST calculatio. It took until late May for Airtax to provide a receipt of lodging. Continued computer issues was the explanation.
