When established by PWC there was some scope to contact Airtax 'advisors' since PWC sold off the push seems to be contact to discuss with a $100 price tag attached. Given I collate all the receipts on a spreadsheet, the only benefit is the ability to enter totals on the dashboard and generally it is then put through to the ATO unless you have a purchase like a new car that attracts GST which is refundable proportional to use, then you're back and forth with the emails with the emphasis on pay for advice. As the holder of a ABN all information has the disclaimer (protection for Airtax) that the holder is liable for ALL provided is kosher I have questions as to what benefit the $100 paid actually is. Was still told I was still 100% responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the claims.

Normally when I do my BAS it is very quick this time however was very slow and when I sent emails I got no response. It took forever and if you try and respond ng you can’t talk to anyone unless you book an appointment. A simple email to keep customers informed would be very helpful

I.ve been using airtax in the past 4 years and always happy with the service. However the last BAS lodgement took 1 week and past my due date. I dont know why this time took so long. Please improve your service coming forward. thanks

After I had paid my fee, it took over a week for Airtax to lodge my BAS & I only just got it paid on the last day[28th Feb...the deadline to lodge and pay] at 8pm, causing me great anxiety!

I was waiting for them to finalise my GST active statement for a week and nothing happened until I sent them a reminder. This happened twice in the last six months.

I have sent multiple emails to Airtax supoprt team asking a question regarding my PAYG. But sadly, I was left without answer or response for weeks. I even searched for Airtax Facebook page and tried to seek help posting my question there. I even had to doubt Airtax may have gone out of business. So, I had to go ahead with filing my BAS without clearing my question as the deadline has approached. Hope my honest review contributes toward future communication. Thank you! Karma

I thought the work done by Airtax great. But the amount of time taken to complete the return was almost 3 weeks. Way outside what Airtax sugggests for BAS completion. I thought the lack of communication during that time keeping me updated on progress was poor and needs to be improved next time

I had to email twice to get a response about the progress of my BAS and to have the amount owing confirmed. Not up to the usual standard I expected based on prior experience. I'm also not impressed with the fact that you cannot speak to anyone from Airtax unless it qualifies for one of the services you must pay for!

It took me 3 emails to finally get someone to respond to my pending BAS submission. I had no way to reach out to anyone over a phone call. I feel that if I didn't chase up, my BAS would have been overdue.

The last two quarters for BAS has been very poorly executed, delays in submitting to the tax office. No response to chat emails regarding the incorrect name being used on the ABN, no response to requests regarding delays on lodgements. These issues have been reported to Uber.

The provided services is too slow. It took more than 10 days to lodge the BAS while in the past it used to take maximum 48 hours.

Doing my base was easy but always having problems with lodging my tax as last few years there’s been problems with the app. Asked when the app would connect to ato this year but no answer

When this company was operated by PWC there were absolutely no issues. Ever since this new company has taken over there has been nothing but issues. You are welcome to look at my file since the first BAS that I had to complete through you.
