“no details of status of lodge, it just said submitted. like to see an interactive lodgement progress status. Would be good also to have a statement of the lodge, not a lodge of how much i owe. So we can keep copys of them for tax purposes at end of year.”

“There nothing to say that the amounts needed to be whole figures and then when e-mails from help department. It was only when I responded that I would find an alternative to submit my BAS statements that I was advised that I should only have whole numbers and was able to submit my BAS statements. Because of this, I have submitted BAS statements late and will not be impressed if I attract a penalty from the ATO due to late lodgement of BAS statements.”

“After numerous correspondence could nit balance sales data. Help person was unclear or unable to provide info where your app takes the sales data from uber. Your example is not correct. After completing data there is no where to check that your data is correct”
