“To be given a PAYG amount of $2700 is unrealistic for someone on my income to pay. Wish you had my back more, especially when on the verge of going out of business due to Covid-19.”

“Used Airtax to get an ABN, was provided in wrong area of work. Contacted airtax to amend and still have not had a response that it has been Fixed. Fist time user and not likely to use further based on this experience.”

“Everything is very good, however for ride share drivers who use more than 1 Rideshare App the app is not good where Uber details are pre-filled. After pre-filling Uber the app doesn’t allow to edit few sections like earnings, and Toll. It’s very bad.”

“The service said it will auto pull my data , and then it said its too high for my income, the rider fee, and was suggesting me to take a service that cost AUD 149 , for a GST of only AUD 88. It looked like a scam to me , because i compared all the rider fees monthly and it turned out to be the same that the AIRta oull out. I was not impressed with this upsell.”

“Last year was a fantastic experience. These year it took over a month for a response after submitting and then it was wrong. I was a huge advocate for Airtax but won’t be recommending again”
