“When this company was operated by PWC there were absolutely no issues. Ever since this new company has taken over there has been nothing but issues. You are welcome to look at my file since the first BAS that I had to complete through you.”

“My experience was poor because an agent has sent me an email advising me that I will be removed from the platform because of a late lodgement. I had started doing my tax return but was delayed in compiling it because of a death in the family. Not impressed either the attached email sent to me. As a new operator of this business your agent should not have sent this distressing letter.”

“Airtax has helped me in the past with making my ridesharing through Uber easy, sadly though the sync button hasn't been working, it doesn't give me the notification it has synced and takes me back a step. Tried on different browsers and even logged out and logged back in as they requested. I'd like it to sync with Ola, and provide expand to providing other tax advice”
