I have sent multiple emails to Airtax supoprt team asking a question regarding my PAYG. But sadly, I was left without answer or response for weeks. I even searched for Airtax Facebook page and tried to seek help posting my question there. I even had to doubt Airtax may have gone out of business. So, I had to go ahead with filing my BAS without clearing my question as the deadline has approached.
