“Service all good, just a problem with communication, if I reply to one of your emails it seems to take forever to respond. However if I use the in-application message I get a response back very quickly.”

“I had to email twice to get a response about the progress of my BAS and to have the amount owing confirmed. Not up to the usual standard I expected based on prior experience. I'm also not impressed with the fact that you cannot speak to anyone from Airtax unless it qualifies for one of the services you must pay for!”

“It took me 3 emails to finally get someone to respond to my pending BAS submission. I had no way to reach out to anyone over a phone call. I feel that if I didn't chase up, my BAS would have been overdue.”

“The last two quarters for BAS has been very poorly executed, delays in submitting to the tax office. No response to chat emails regarding the incorrect name being used on the ABN, no response to requests regarding delays on lodgements. These issues have been reported to Uber.”
