“Not 100% review satisfied, but 90. You are increasing your Fees on "Normal Standard" Individual Yeary Tax Returns to $179 for the 2022/23 tax year. (and on other services you provide) Don't do that AirTax, you will lose clients - instead offer DISCOUNTS to returning Customers & NOT increases.”

“I have been an Airtax customer for almost four years, and this time, I had the worst service ever. Late request for information, no follow-up to confirm whether the required documents were received and sufficient. Finally, the BAS was submitted two weeks after the initial preparation, and I haven't even received a message to confirm whether the BAS was submitted, but I asked on the last due date.”
