“I was anticipating this to be a smooth process, but it really wasn’t. Even though the automatic connection with my Uber account and prefilled info was pretty good, my overall experience was not. First, your system messed up my appointment. I booked an appointment for BAS assist but did not get any confirmation email, just the invoice for the BAS assist. On the day of my appointment, I emailed you guys that I didn’t get a call from you, and they said that there was no appointment under my name. They were good enough to book an appointment for me the very next day, but still lost some time there. After the call, I had to make some changes and was advised to simply press “submit” once I was done, and that AirTax would handle the rest and send it off to ATO. Relying on this, I didn’t even check my ATO account. After a couple of weeks, I went in to check whether AirTax had submitted my BAS or not, only to find out that they hadn’t. Again, sent an email to them, and they processed it immediately. But still lost quite some time, and will have to pay the fine/damages for my delayed submission. Customer service has to improve quite a bit. System is pretty good.”
