I don't find the system very user friendly. Especially regarding the question of my occupation. It wasnt clear where I could 'free type' or see the 'drop down' options so could not move through the program.
Also regarding 2.5 question there were no instructions to click on the number and then it gave you options to select. However without Fanglin advising me to.
I must say that any staff from Airtax have always been very helpful as was Fanglin that did my tax return this year.
