When I submitted my previous BAS in July to Airtax I got an email saying that my BAS was submitted to the ATO but I did not get a receipt or the payment details because AIRTAX was having 'technical difficulties' at the time. I had to send multiple emails to Airtax over the next week or more to get the information I needed to pay the ATO for my BAS. This information was just the PAYID and reference number to use for BPAY and the amount and date required to make the payment and I also wanted a tax receipt. This has now happened again with my current BAS because Airtax is currently having 'technical difficulties'. Airtax has had 3 months to fix the problems with their system. Nobody cares as long as they still get paid by customers who believed that the 'technical difficulties' were just temporary. crecnref smief it o
