Airtax charge $49 for BAS lodgement by using their template only, any further questions, you have to pay $99 to chat to their qualify accountant. They don't even allow you to print a copy of your BAS lodgement so you can submit to your own accountant. Customer service Alex can't even answer my question properly and always refer me to pay for their qualify accountant service. No good and very disappointed.
