Great service and pretty quick, one issue is the "other income" box, I don't have another income and have to email airtax to sort that out for me every time I lodge my bas statement. It took 4 days the last time for it to get sorted out and it kinda defeats the purpose of a quicker way to lodge when you need to email to get it fixed
