The program is excellent, really user friendly. I’ve already provided some feedback about tailoring the entry fields if we have already done our own calculations and just need to input a number into the tax return. The “overdue” notification is misleading and I kept having to email the team to ensure I had an extended lodgement date. I recommend this be fixed ASAP as it is quite a negative feature having an incorrect status right on the homepage. I was not aware it would take 1-2 weeks of processing time so was alarmed when my tax return was not lodged by my due date. I may have missed this somewhere but it wasn’t clear that this would happen. Though I was assured I had an extension, the tax return was still lodged after my due date which I did not like - given I have lodged on time every year historically and hope this does not affect my record with the ATO.
