It has been a relatively new experience for us, what I mean by that is, actual amazing customer service from a bank!!! Not just amazing customer service, but extremely attentive to requests that require urgent attention. From day one, reaching out requesting to set up an online meeting to ensure we understood the platform. Couldn't be happier, specially with all the e-com integrations... Highly recommend!
