We are an Australian chartered accounting practice who recommended to our client's to use Airwallex for international transfers.
We have witnessed Airwallex immediately close a client's account without any prior notice or warning, cutting off their ability to access their funds that were in the account.
This is unconscionable behaviour from a financial services provider.
We will be moving all clients off the platform and onto Wise.
