Airwallex is a real company, that's true. However, they don't tell you that unless you are already an established company, they won't be able to help you set up payment systems for your company because they will ask you for the last three months of your transaction history. As such, you won't be able to provide that since you'll be a startup. They don't tell you this before signing up, so you sign up for nothing. I have no idea why they do that, but even if you have a registered company and corresponding business bank account, they don't care. They won't help you and will just ignore you. You'll see. It took me over two weeks just to find this out because they are so slow to respond and don't even answer your questions. I even asked if they could help me resolve the issue or simply close the account, and instead of offering help, they just sent my message to the department that closes the account. Sorry, not a serious company at all. Will not be recommending them. Finally, they also ignore your message for assistance but then send you advertising to take out cards they offer that they claim are debit cards. Just all around bad service.
