I bought a pair of trousers which didnt look Like the picture they advertised. Asked for refund but once i sended back the ithem they Never refunded me the full ammount they took off £16 for no reason which i am still arguing about It. Am asking my bank To step in as i have prove of them saying that they was going refund me the full Total ammount. Rubbish quality trouser avoid
