I ordered and PAYED FOR a dress in early April, and the tracking information says that it was delivered to my home address. I DID NOT receive this,and the link that was given on my shipment confirmation E mail did not work, so I cannot contact any one to find out if it has been returned to the depot (I may have been out when they tried to deliver it?). As there is no phone number to speak to anyone, and it seems difficult to live chat, I realise that it would be more sensible to deal with a better established company in the future.
