Disgusting items very poor quality, not as photos depict. Have returned 4 items at my own cost of £8.95, and they are deducting a further £3 pet item shipping cost. They don't need to actually sell anything, they make their money on returns. I don't really think I'll get any refund at all. Their customer service. Don't buy unless you want to be ripped off
